My client based in Derby are looking for a Call Co-ordinator to work onsite for a prestigious organisation supporting customers (both internal and external). You will be recieving a number of service related calls and it is your responsibility to forward all queries to the relevent departments. You will work directly with the customer to understand the problem, and *or escalate problem to other analysts (e.g., Support Specialists) to help facilitate the resolution of a problem. Essential skills: PC literacy; keyboard proficiency. Excellent communications skills.
